I know The SSIA's are all over now but I've got a question. An SSIA account had to be funded from one's own resources - or from one's spouse. I recall from somewhere (probably Askaboutmoney) that in some circumstances Revenue also allowed a parent to fund an SSIA for an adult child - is this correct? Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I didn't think so. But presumably they could simply have gifted the money to the child who then funded the account?
