just trying to guage whether in readers' opinions, any financial institution would approve mortgages for me to concurrently 1.) build a family home and 2.) build a "build to sell" property. I reckon I'll require approx. €400K for both projects. I currently have an existing mortgage for €130K on a house valued close to €300K, savings of approx. €65K and monthly income of approx. €4K.
