Hi Brendan, I noted that when the Minister announced most of the above that he 'intends to introduce or amend legislation' in order to do so. Does that mean that there is a chance that the legislation can be rejected and that the changes above may not actually go through?

I think that the amending legislation only applies to the auditing of leaders' allowances.

The rest are implemented immediately.
