If I saw a friend liked a page called punitive rates, it wouldn't grab my attention.

I am not too sure about "rate victims" because it really sounds so much like rape victims??

I defo think adding in PTSB or Permo is a good idea - should I go with Punitive Permo or Punitive PTSB??
