Plastering small areas

Does anyone know of a good prduct to use for touching up small areas on a ceiling where the plaster has come away. Some work was done upstairs on the floorboards and caused the plaster at the screws to fall off on the ceiling below.

get some skimcoat and a taping knife (wide scraper) use an electric sander carefully and you should get a perfect fix. just wear a good mask and have a hoover at the ready
