Hi guys,
if you buy a house with trees and sloped ground attached etc. do you need planning permission to cut down some of the trees (assuming they are not under a protection order) and/or do you need planning to change the contours of the land, i.e. flatten it out? Or can you take it upon yourself, cost permitting to do whatever you want with the land and vegetation?
