Just a quick question.
My girlfriend and I are buying a site subject to planning, ie we are both on the contract to buy. However because of the location she will apply for planning in just her name, I wont be mentioned on the application.
Is this ok? We both owned the site but only her is applying for planning? Will the planners check the contracts? Will we then (as owners of the site) be able to build eventhough the planning will only be granted in her name?
