pixmania and faulty tv

Hi,
We returned a tv to pixmania to get it repaired 11 weeks ago and we are still waiting for it to be returned to us from pixmania.
The tv is under warranty. I have over 40 emails between myself and pixmania on the issue as i have to keep following up with them.
There is a litanany of errors and they keep giving me the run around. There is no way to contact them only by email.
What rights do i have as i think i have given them every chance to respond and return the tv and i think it has become a joke as every email i get tells me that this investigation takes 5days and then their is another investigation!!!
Has anyone else had this issue?
Any advice welcome
