Has anyone cancelled their PhoneWatch account after over a year and been told they owe 3 months cancellation fees as they are in contract even though they did not renew their contract? I am now getting emails from a debt collection agency.

I remember seeing a thread about this. It's because they auto renew your contract with another 12 months
