Any one have this happen with O2. Toping up on line I select the amount I want to top up e.g. 20 and confirm payment. However my top up gets duplicated and I end up with 40 or 60 in credit and loads of texts confirming top ups. First time it happened I thought maybe I confirmed twice but it happened again today and I definitely did not confirm more than once. It's such a hassle to get money credited back - I might be cynical but could 02 be doing this deliberately and relying on the hassle factor to deter people from doing the paperwork to get credit back?
