I bought an 087 20e phone card in a local shop-it cost 21e.I buy them regularly in my local supermarket and it costs20 plus I get club card points.What,s the story with the Ie charge.?
Some retailers charge an administration fee. Avoid them. There are other options for topping up that also don't involve additional charges (e.g. online).
