Permanent shut off of water to radiators

I've recently replaced the wet heating system in my house with electric rads (this is another discussion, please don't start it here, there are good reasons).

I want to permanently shut off the water to the underfloor rad pipes (the rads have been removed already), so that I can cap the rad connection pipes.

There is a smaller Feed and Expansion tank in the attic next to the main tank.

Can I presume that the FE tanks is used exclusively for the rads? And that if I shut off supply to that, the rad system will no longer be supplied?

Yes is the answer, shut off the supply to the FE tank and drain off the water at the lowest point. I happen to have an expert here :)

+1, very easy to do, system is rendered obsolete with no water being held in the pipe work.
