I'm trying to get a percolation test done for a site in Meath,
previous test done approx 10 years ago gave the site a T value of 7 but the P Test is fine.
The person who is doing the test at the moment would not do it during April because of the high water level, and he did a sample test and said the site would fail the T test the P is fine. He raised the test above the water table at the beginning of May and the T value was 22. I've been trying to get him to do the complete test but to no avail. A number of new houses in the area have raised percolation area's, so I will have one as well, what I need to know is should I get him to do the test at the correct level, have it fail, and then have a engineer show how the site could use a raised percolation area, as the guy I have doing the test doesn't seem to know.
