Pension - where to go ?

I have worked in the banking sector in various jobs over the last 10 years I probably got 7 years worth of pension the rest was temping and contract work. I was made redundant last year and am unemployed at the moment. I want to start up my own business and am also thinking about a pension for the future. I guess PRSA is the way to go I am not that well up on pensions but have enough money to contribute every month to one. Has anyone recommendations of a good pension scheme for (soon to be) self employed? I am in my early thirties.

I don't think anyone will be able to give you a definite answer on this, as it varies from person to person on what type of contract is suitable.What sort of risk profile you have, if you need protection benefits in your pension etc, will all have a bearing on what best suits you.
