Pension from the UK

Does anyone know the cheapest way to get a small monthly UK pension paid into an account in Dublin

I'm afraid the monthly transfer and currency exchange will inccur too many charges.

Could I transfer into a Sterling account and convert in 1 go every 6/12 months?

Any suggestions plz? :confused:
 
Hi, my grandad used to get his UK pension paid to the Post Office in Dun Laoghaire.
