Pension contributions what to do with ?

Hi made redunadant in February and both my employer and I have been paying into a pension fund for the past five years.

I am now working as a sole trader getting a couple of days a week.

Fund now only worth 3K. Whats the best thing to do with this. I am with BOI pension
