Pension contirbution

Hi all,
At the moment, i'm contributing 15% of my salary into a pension fund in Ark Life each month . But i'm not sure with the current market circumstances, should i stop contibuting into it? I just got statement for my pension. The pension value is much smaller then the contributed amount i paid in.
I wish someone can give me some advice. Thanks in advance.
