Payment of Booking Deposit

I am looking for advice as to the best method of paying a booking deposit. The Estate Agent has said that it can transferred via EFT. Is there anything bar saving fees associated with an Order/Draft that that I should consider or is EFT the best way to pay the booking deposit?
 
It doesn't matter how you do it. Do whatever suits you best.

The only thing that matters is that the money ends up in the EA's account, and sooner rather than later, to show you're not a messer.
