Paying voluntary NICs

I paid the backdated years last July. Called them and it was allocated properly after my call

Just today got the bill for 24/25 for class 2.

So it’s all going as planned, I suspect it’s a little late, theres no deadline on the letter but I will pay it immediately.

Ps i used Revolut to pay last year and of course it’s all still set up as a payee so zéro hassle paying it

No deadline on my letter but i decided to pay, I have the details in my revolt from last year, I checked and numbers are the same. Handy
 
The deadline is 5 April 2031 but the amount could increase if you wait that long. It goes up in each new tax year.

Deadlines
You can only pay voluntary contributions for the past 6 years. The deadline is 5 April each year.

For example, you have until 5 April 2031 to make up gaps for the tax year 2024 to 2025.

I’d forgotten that. It suits me to pay it annually.

Also the letter says if you don’t pay for 2 consecutive years they’ll not contact you about future years voluntary payments.

I think in the interests of smooth running I’ll pay each year.
