I have a query if you are a Soletrader CIS (construction Industry Scheme)and work in the UK but your bank account is a Southern Irish bank account. Can the Contractor that you are Sub-Contracting for pay into your account. I will have 20% tax deducted at source from the HMRC in the UK. But, are there any other legal potential pitfalls or should i just get a UK bank account? Help?
