PAYE Rates for 91/92 to 94/95

I am trying to reconcile my PAYE, PRSI, Health Levy & Youth Levy for each tax year since 1991/1992. I have found information for 1995/1996 onwards on the web but I have not located any details for 1991/1992 to 1994/1995 inclusive. What I am looking for is the following details:

Single Allowance 2,350.00
PAYE Allowance 800.00
PRSI Allowance 140.00
Total Allowances 3,290.00

Tax Rates & Bands in 1995/1996​

Rate 27% IEP Band 8,900.00
Rate 48% IEP Band None

I’m also looking for the PRSI A1 rate and exemption amounts as well as the Health & Youth levy rates and exemptions.

Any suggestions on where I can get the details appreciated?
