PAYE Modernisation - new RPN looks incorrect regards PRSI

Hi,

Just running my first post-PAYE modernisation payroll through Sage One, paying myself and my wife from the business. I have retrieved back the RPN from the Revenue, and everything is fine apart from the PRSI Code, which was S1 and is now showing as BLANK

Do I need to raise this with Revenue before running a payroll?
 
Hi thanks. Limited company. I am the proprietary director. My wife is the secretary. We are jointly assessed. She is self employed and has income from another self employment as well. I am paying her for secretarial and I pay myself for IT consultancy
 
I'd be inclined to try Sage first before the Revenue. The Revenue claim to have no role in PRSI other than its collection (through the PAYE system) and are generally clueless about PRSI.
