I would be grateful if you could review a couple of questions I have regarding PAYE Anytime;

I have accessed my tax affairs via this system for the first time recently and discovered that the amount of USC I had paid for 2012 and 2011 is not known... it is on my P60 but not in the PAYE Anytime system, any implications with that being the case?, for example paying more or less than I should be?

A short while ago my employer forwarded me a list of tax relief and exemptions that I could avail of; upon checking these with the PAYE Anytime system for the previous four years, some were claimed and some were not. Of particular interest is that flat rate expenses were not "claimed" but a figure was submitted. Once I filled in the details relevant to me, the system presented an amount which was almost 50% less than what was originally listed. My question; is this amount additional to the original amount or do I now owe revenue money?
