pay off investment loan or house loan

Which is more viable. To use cash recently acquired to pay off a fraction of an investment property (reduce LTV from 60 to 55%) or to reduce homeloan (reduce LTV 80 to 72%). Net result is apprrox 100 Euro (in additional rent - taxable) or 80 Euro in reduced mortgage on permanent residence! Are there any implications if I decide to sell investment property later on.

One other question, would it be more sensible to increase LTV in investment property and reduce in homeloan or vice versa?

Thanks for the advise
