Depends on the cu I'd imagine, I had terrible trouble few days ago trying to sign in and was locked out/suspended several times, it was unlocked pretty quickly until weekend hit then stuck until Tuesday but fixed quickly then once they opened. In the finish up I just rang them and got it sorted out.
