Crisis with daughter's PP (16yr). System update/Tracking says its in stage 2 after 7 working days with them. EDD is 30/12/16. We are traveling 20th Dec. morning. 3 call (25-30 minutes hold) and one visit to the new office on 16/12/16. All they as is keep tracking and no other information. As already sent by post cant do the 'Rapid Renewal'. ONE working day, ticket has costed me €1150 let alone the messed up trip. Any ideas ..... any hope.
