Partner staying over a few nights a week. when does it become Cohabiting Couples?

if somebody is claiming lone parents and has their partner staying over a number of nights a week at what stage are they classed as a cohabiting couples

it doesnt say how many days staying over is cohabiting?
i heard of sombody it is only 3 is this right

hi,i heard same also.i think you have to apply to s.w.o and it has to be granted.
I have yet to find anything in print saying this.
