Paratorch insulation for flat roof?

I currently have a very cold kitchen which (I think) is constructed from single breeze block and has a flat roof with no insulation. A roofer suggested 100mm paratorch insulation mechanically fixed to the existing roof deck with round plates and heavy duty screws. I would like to know if anyone has had one installed and if it has improved the ambient temperature in their kitchen. I am also considering having the external walls clad in weber thermal insulation. Has anyone had this done on their house? Would like to know what you used and if there was a significant improvement in the retention of ambient temperatures especially when heating is off and for how long. There are so many insulation products out there claiming to be the best, it's difficult to know which to choose so any help/advice/suggestions would very welcome.

I have a similar kitchen construction (flat roof) and was wondering did you ever get that paratorch fitted?
