Paradigma Solar Tube Heating System - someone to service it

Hi Folks,

looking for some help finding some to service this system.

My elderly Mum had it installed over 10 years ago and is finding it impossible to get someone to look after it. It was an expensive system and it badly needs a tune up and it seems to need a specialist or someone familiar with its enigmatic ways.

Paradigma used to have a showroom/office outside Clonakilty but they pulled out during the recession.

her solar tubes power the hot water and are connected in with her gas heating as well in some mysterious way - she has a paradigma solar station STaqua and STAV1.0, a paradigma condensing gas boiler v1.4 and a paradigma heating controller 1.34 04/09

is there anyone out there who’s servicing these or having them serviced? she’s in cork city.

We have similar ones and nobody would service them for us at all. I offered to pay plenty of companies but none would take it on as they "didn't install the equipment". In the end I just had a local plumber do it eventually but we were looking for months.
