P60 for Last year

Last year my last job ended on 5th December , I don't have p60 for 2014 Can I ask for it from my last employer of 2014 , even though the job ended on 5th December , or should I be employed till 31st December

You should have received a P45 rather than a P60 for 2014.

You are entitled to a P60 only if you are in employment on 31 December.

You aren't entitled to a P60, as previous posters have told you a P60 is something employers give to people still in their employ on 31 Dec.

Your P45 is the relevant document for pretty much any purpose that you'd require a P60 for.
