Note the high ratio of total membership to active (contributing) membership. This reflects high turnover in the jobs market, a feature of our own situation.
Note on charges that Fixed Annual Charges are allowed in the UK, provided that they are within a cap and that they do not apply to accounts less than £100. I note that the DSP are considering a FAC for My Future Fund. It helps the early financials but that itself could draw criticism. A FAC of, say, €25 might be acceptable when the contribution is 6% of €20k but what about when it is 1.5% of €20k?
