I´m in the process of drawing up a will and I´m wondering how to deal with overseas shares I own through a Bank/Company called Keytrade which is based in Belgium. I trade these shares via a nominee account over the Internet from Ireland.
Can I include these assets in my Irish will or God forbid do I have to make a Belgian will as well for these shares?
