Over draft cleared - fees

I've cleared my overdraft over the last year but have kept the overdraft facility.
If I reduce the amount of the overdraft facility, from say €1,000 to €500, will the bank (BOI) reduce the overdraft fee or interest rate (in case I use it)? Its an ordinary current account.

No, it's a flat fee and standard interest rate applies
