Outdoor Solid fuel stores

Could anyone recommend something that would do to store a few bags of coal and same of wood outside and this is damp proof? And compact?

There is nothing like a "damp proof" fuel store for outside.People have trouble to keep the mould out of their sheds.But the cheapest and most compact solution for a rainproof fuel store is a timber pallet raised from the ground and covered with a tarpaulin-available this week from LIDL.
