Organisations helping those in mortgage arrears.

Hi,

I am currently helping a relative in mortgage arrears. At this point, I have all of the relevant financial information and before we meet the bank with our plan, I'd like to meet one of the organisations that offer help in these cases. Would anyone have any opinions on them in terms of their approach or success in getting resolutions?
