One other question did they run scouting trips so that you could pick your site??

Those land prices are out of this world.

Mind you, Irish property prices are also unearthly.

Astronomical you might say..you'd have to be loony to pay 'em. ;)
 
George W Bush volunteers for NASA's manned mission to Mars accompanied by a monkey travelling for experimental reasons. Just before blast off they are handed sealed envelopes containing their orders for the mission. Once above the atmosphere they get a chance to open them. The monkey's orders read:

Check backup computer system every four days to ensure adequate redundancy.
