I have a small pension which I have to move to a PRSA as the company has been sold. I am currently not working and do not intend to work in the next few years. Is it possible for me to still transfer my existing pension form my old job to a PRSA and continue to contribue a small amount per month.

Yes it's possible to do this although you won't get any tax relief on your contributions. You can "store up" your tax relief and claim it back when you eventually return to paid employment. If you think you might never return to paid employment, you might want to reconsider this course of action.
