Its time for me to change from my fixed mortagae in Jan.
I have checked out a few online calculators and 4.58% I am being offered by AIB other site were familiar.
Now with ECB @ 3.25% There is something up with the rate info on the calculators ?
What is the normal margin applied to base rate by the main banks also please?
Can anyone advise where I can get a mortgage calculator that is up to date or advise me am I missing something completely and my observation is incorrect.
