hi,
I am trying to renew my med card online after getting new pin in post.but site is blank(no content) after I log in.i tried everything rang dept. Few times ,no issue their side,different browsers&laptops,phones,clear cache.cookies etc.
reason I am posting here is just to find out whether anyone else have this issue ..logging in is ok but blank content

any ad blockers, pop-up disablers running in your browsers? which browsers have you tried? most internet stuff written for gov. depts. defaults to IE 9 or uses flash extensively rather than open standards (xml, html5, etc.)
 
thanks fir reply!I tried chrome,win7 and 10 cleared all cookies .cache..my partners account logs in ok (she just created new a/c now)so I don't think its blockers/popups ...i created my account about a year ago .hse unit do not know what issue is.
 
glad you got sorted out. maybe keep firefox, safari or another on standby just in case. not all sites are equal and not all browsers are equal, unfortunately.
