The main FÁS site is hard to navigate in my experience so you might be better off giving them a shout directly to enquire about the availability and scheduling of relevant courses. I see that FÁS Net College do online courses now (you may need broadband for some or all of them) in case that's of any use (see the links at the left hand side of the page):
