We are booked to fly from Shannon to JFK with Delta @ the end of Sept. Booked our tickets via a travel agent - we were told that we couldnt check in online for our flights. I read the other thread about being able to check in online & i'm wondering how to do this? Sorry if this sounds incredibly stupid. I'd appreciate if anybody could enlighten me.
