one parent family and christmas work

Hi im just wondering if anyone knows the situation on temporary work and lone parents
I have been offered eight weeks work at four hundred a week untill christmas.
Would it be okay to do this and would i get my one parent family back after it ceases

You would have to earn over 425 per week to lose fully your OFP. Half of your income over 146.50 per week is disregarded also for emans. Notify the relevant section (either Sligo or your local office, whoever is dealing with your claim) of your intentions, dates, earnings, etc. and they can make the necessary arrangements for adjustments to your rate.
