So, I received a digital one for all (OFA) voucher recently and had to download the OFA app to keep track of it. I was checking out where I could use it online, and they have a large directory of businesses. I was interesred in Foxford Woolen Mills so typed in 'foxford' instead of scrolling through the pages and pages to get to the 'F's'.
'Foxford' appeared and clicking on the icon brought up 'Foxford Woolen Mills' and a bit about them. It said to click on their website link to shop with them which had all the hallmarks of a legitimate address. With foxfordwoolenmills as the name between www and .com
(I removed the actual website name as it appeared as a proper link.)
(I tried to attach a photo but it was too big)

I clicked on the link and was brought to a foreign casino website. Tried again and same thing. (Thankfully, I am not a gambler so was not tempted ).

I went back to the directory and searched for the full 'Foxford Woolen Mills' and got the response that there was no business of that name in the directory!!!

Thankfully also they did not have dummy Foxford items (I am looking for a wool blanket) so my vouchers are safe. But this incident does not inspire confidence to use the One For All directory of businesses!!

I have written to both OFA and FWM

The real Foxford Woolen Mills website is www.foxford.com

Can you be a little clearer: you were using the OFA app and then you typed in 'foxford'. Into what? You typed 'foxford' into the OFA app or into an online search engine?

Looks like www DOT foxfordwoollenmills DOT com was their old website URL, they had it redirect to www.foxford.com for a time (see the Internet Archive link below), but subsequently must have ceased renewing the domain and someone else bought it and had it redirect to the gambling site.

The main issue is that One 4 All are still using an old but now incorrect URL.

I had a reply from Foxford wollen Mills who said they accept OFA vouchers in store but not online. The query was being passed to the IT department and senior management (which I had requested). I suspect the reply was AI generated.

I await a reply from OFA
