On jobseekers benefit and thinking of returning to college?

Hi
I have been receiving jobseekers benefit since Dec '08 and I have now got a part time job for 3 days a week and I will be claiming JB for the other 3. However I am also considering returning to college to do a years Masters. I know I will have to sign off when I start in October but I was wondering if I would still be able to get the part-time JB until then? Can anyone help?

To get job seekers benefit you have to be actively seeking employment. If you're actively seeking employment between now and when the course starts then you should be able to claim.
