Hi I think a relative opened a bank account a few years ago for another family member, but I don't have details of this, and they were wondering if they contacted some banks directly would they confirm whether there was an account in their name? It may have been First Active .. Anyone have any pointers? Would banks confirm via a phone call if an account existed if the person rang directly? Probably just a small amount of money in it but they are concerned it may go dead. Thanks.
