offset mortgage on rental property

does anyone know if you can use the First Active flexible offset mortgage on an investment property mortgage or is it only for principal residence?

Also any idea of cost of changing motrgage provider?

First Active Offset Mtg is only available for private residence , not available for buy to lets or investment properties.

Average cost of switching could be anything from 600 to 1500, if lender is paying they usually use First American Title Insurance which cost around 900.
