Just thought I would post this for info to anybody considering changing their phone package.
I changed my eircom talk package in January as I received a call from Ericom offering me this better package. I only notice on this month's bill that my off peak time also change with my new package and also I am now paying €1.25 for my mailbox. Off peak time was 6pm to 8am and it now is 7 pm to 7 am. I have got caught with the 7pm change. I was not notify of the change when I changed to the new package so they have now given me credit for the mailbox charge and also for any calls made between 6pm and 7pm.
