Odd payment options from Greyhound

I would move/stick with Thorntons. They're service is very good and they don't get involved in playing games like Greyhound appear to be doing.
 
My Mother a waiver customer got a letter new price plan €15.50 per month from 2015 -no lift charges,no weight charges and no upfront annual charge.

You can also pay upfront for 12 months for €175 per year -saving €11.

Any views?
