Odd form received from Longford

My wife is in receipt of IP and today got a rather odd form asking her to confirm that nothing has changed and this form requires the signature of a witness.

Does anyone know what this is about?

Nope.

The witness has to sign to say they know the person. The witness can be a doctor, garda, civil servant etc.

It sounds like the forms they make non nationals fill in every so often to check they are still where they say they are.

A form of racial profiling.
