after reading another post I am just wondering - if a provider is not providing as good a coverage as they were [and I mean it is really terrible now] do I have a reason for ending my contract. Have to lock phone on o2 ire as live on the border but then i don't have any signal and I need this for business - talking about o2, they really don't want to help at all, just charge and charge and charge. Customer Service does now not exist with this company at all!
